Biography

Italian cellist Maria Clara Mandolesi (2003) is increasingly recognized for her technical refinement and expressive depth. She began her studies at the age of five, reaching a decisive turning point at 15 when she was selected by Antonio Meneses for advanced studies at the Walter Stauffer Academy in Cremona.

There, she earned her Stauffer Artist Diploma and refined her technical mastery under the guidance of Frans Helmerson until 2026.

Currently, she is pursuing a Master’s degree at the Hochschule für Musik und Theater München in the class of Maximilian Hornung.
